General Booking Conditions
All booking received represents a contract between Wold Farm Caravan and Camping Site and the customer. The person making the booking accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of all members of their party, and is also responsible for making them aware of the terms and conditions.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before entering the site.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason (including weather), you must inform us by email, a minimum of 7 days in advance of your booking. It you cancel your bookings within 7 days of your arrival date we will invoice you 50% of the full amount of your stay. Once payment has been made we will issue you with a receipt which you must present when requested at any point during your stay.
We reserve the right to cancel a bookings at any time.
We will charge for the exact number of nights the customer has booked. Therefore please only book the number of nights you require. If you have your name allocated to a pitch it means we are not able to let it to someone else.
Subject to availability bookings may be extended during your stay.
If you omit to mention all aspects of your booking when paying, you will be asked to leave the site immediately (i.e extra people/extra cars).
We do not issue refunds. Credit notes may be issued at our discretion.
Dogs
Most dogs are welcome at Wold Farm Caravan and Camping Site. Most breeds of dog are accepted, though there are a few which we don’t allow on the site. Please state your breed of dog upon booking. We will not be held responsible if accommodation is refused on the day of arrival if you have omitted to state the breed during the booking process.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we deem your breed of dog or your dogs behaviour to be unacceptable.
Dogs will only be accepted on the understanding that they will be kept on leads at all times. The dog is the responsibility of the owner at all times.
Vehicles
A maximum of 1 vehicle per pitch, unless otherwise arranged with the site. The maximum speed limit on the site is 5mph.
Arrival and Departures
Please ask re arrivals/departures as this varies due to agricultural operations
Noise
We expect you to be sensible and use your common sense when it comes to noise, and affecting the enjoyment of other guests. After 10:30pm we do not expect any more than quiet talking. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in you being asked to leave the site immediately.
Generators are strictly not permitted.
Groups
We allow no more than 3 families (12 people) to camp together, unless prior arranged with the site. Any group found to have booked separately may be asked to leave the site. We are a peaceful site. If you want to drink and party into the night you should look for a different site.
We reserve the right to request a bond from visitors. The bond will be returned at the end of the stay, provided the terms and conditions have been complied with.
Groups will be instructed to leave the site immediately if we deem their conduct to be in breach of our terms and condition.
Photography groups and bird watching groups are most welcome.
Reception
With the exception of visitors checking in to the site, reception is open between 8am - 6pm. Reception is open past 6pm for new arrivals.
In the case of emergencies reception will be answered outside of the opening times. The 2 telephone numbers are also available at all times.
BBQ’s and Fires
Properly constructed BBQ’s and small fire pits are permitted, in so long as they are kept off the ground. Any BBQ’s or fires which have not been raised off the ground and burn the grass will incur a charge. We have bricks to place disposable BBQ’s on (near the drinking water taps). All BBQ’S and fires must be kept a safe distance from caravans, motorhomes, tents and any other structure.
Issues
We want you to have the most enjoyable time at Wold Farm Caravan and Camping Site, though if you have any problems whilst staying with us please report them to reception or call the landline/mobile phone at anytime. We will try our best to remedy any issues, but will not be responsible for any matter which was not brought to our attention at the time of your stay.

Farm buildings are strictly out of bounds at all times.
Conduct
Wold Farm Caravan and Camping Site is a peaceful site. We advertise our site as such. Therefore if we believe the enjoyment of our other guests is being put at risk due to your conduct we reserve the right to ask any persons to leave, for which refunds will be discretionary.
Liability
At their discression, the site operators reserve the right to cancel or reduce the duration of a visitors stay at any time. The site operators shall not be liable for any loss resulting in changes or cancellations to bookings.
The site operators shall not be liable for loss or damage to guests property.
